License

Overview

Shadcn UI Kit is operated by Bundui. When you buy a plan, you get a lifetime license to use the products included in it: admin dashboards, web apps, templates, blocks, components, examples, illustrations, the Figma file and the code you export from the Page Builder. The license is a one-time payment and includes future updates.

Plans and users

The Pro license is for one user, the Team license covers up to 10 users and the Enterprise license has no user limit. Every person who uses the products needs to be covered by a license. Team and Enterprise owners can invite members from their account.

What you can do

• Use the products in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including paid SaaS products.
• Build websites and applications for your clients and transfer the finished project to them.
• Modify, combine and extend the code and designs as much as you like.
• Use the Figma file to design projects for yourself and your clients.
• No attribution is required.

What you cannot do

• Resell, share or redistribute the products, the source code or the Figma file, on their own or as part of another UI kit, template, theme or design resource.
• Deliver the same project to multiple clients without substantial changes.
• Publish premium items in open source projects or public repositories where others can copy the code.
• Build website builders, template marketplaces or tools that let others create sites or apps with the products.
• Share your account, API keys, repository access or your copy of the Figma file with people who are not covered by your license.

Free items

Items marked as free can be used in personal and commercial projects without a license. You may not collect and redistribute them as your own UI kit or component library.

Third-party software

The products are built on open source software such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Base UI, Tailwind CSS, React and Next.js. These packages keep their own licenses. Sample images, avatars, logos and copy in the demos are placeholders, so replace them with your own content before you publish.

Termination

If the terms of this license are broken, Bundui may revoke access to the account, repositories, API keys and updates.
